Actor-turned-politician Ranjan Ramanayake, alongside former Sri Lankan cricketer T.M. Dilshan, has announced the formation of a new political party, the United Democratic Voice (UDV).
the party was officially launched this morning at Taj Samudra Hotel in Colombo.
Ramanayake will serve as the party’s leader, with Dilshan taking on the role of national organiser.
The party’s symbol is the ‘Microphone.’
